Your experience with Joule not only depends on our work, but also by what you provide to your Joule Coach. We can only help advise based on what we know about your unique attributes, goals, and information. 

Payment Terms

Payment for services are due at the time of booking. 

Agreements

Assessment

Student agrees to fill out Assessment Questionnaire(s) within one week of receipt to continue moving the process forward. Reminders will be sent for assessments not received and services will be cancelled without refund if not received in full by day 8 post receipt.

Information

Student and family agrees to provide Joule with accurate information about student's academic performance and financial situation (Road Map only). If information is omitted, quality of service may be compromised without liability to Joule.

Refunds and Cancellations 

No Shows

If student fails to attend scheduled appointments without communication before appointment, no refund will be given. A $50 rescheduling fee will be assessed for No-Shows.

Two No-Shows will result in termination of partnership without refund.

Cancellations

Cancellations for appointments must be received 48 hours in advance of scheduled time to receive complimentary makeup time. Cancellations received less than 48 hours in advance will pay $50 rescheduling fee for Coach's time.

Duration of Partnership

Duration of Partnership depends on services selected and will be noted in agreement.

General Liability

Joule Now, LLC is not liable for its clients' and/or student's outcomes academically or professionally. Joule will provide professional guidance and services to best serve its students and clients but is not responsible for actions taken before, during, or after professional partnership.
